Witherspoon Auditorium Reservation Request Form

Confirmation of Reservations is REQUIRED.  You should receive confirmation with 7 business days.

Students, please ask a faculty advisor to submit your request.  Student requests will be returned unprocessed.

NOTE:    Equipment Setup (PA, Chairs, Tables, etc.), is the responsibility of the user, unless special arrangements  are made with the Music Department.

              Clean up of the stage and auditorium immediately following the event is required of the user.  Food, drink or smoking is strictly prohibited in the auditorium.

              Failure to abide by the Policies and Procedures will  jeopardized future use of auditorium.
