On April 16, 2004, poet, novelist, and screenwriter Dr. David Breeden, author of eight books of poetry, including Ice Cream and Suicide, and four novels, including Stack to the Moon, visited Tech. During the day Dr. Breeden, who is President of the Texas Association of Creative Writing Teachers, met with creative writing majors, and in the evening he gave a public reading in Witherspoon Hall.
