Academic Partnership in Child Welfare Resource Library Arkansas Tech University's Child Welfare Resource Library is located on campus in Witherspoon 367A. The library is available to DCFS employees, Tech students, and others interested in Child Welfare issues. Library hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Arrangements can be made for extended hours. Resources in the library include:

Acknowledgements The Child Welfare Resource Library is funded by Title IV-E through the Arkansas Tech University subcontracts with the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and the Department of Children and Family Services.
