Arkansas Tech University's Child Welfare Resource Library is located on campus in Witherspoon 367A. The library is available to DCFS employees, Tech students, and others interested in Child Welfare issues. Library hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Arrangements can be made for extended hours.
