English 2053: Proposal Letter

Preparatory Reading
Before completing this letter, read pages 131-137 ("Letter Format" and "Email") and pages 18-21, which describe the assignment and provide three model letters.

Tip: Be sure that your letter adheres to one of the letter formats described in the text. In particular, note that in both formats the header, date and complimentary close should be left-aligned with one another.

For this online version of Technical Writing, your proposal letter should be addressed to one of the individuals listed below.me. In each instance, I will read and grade the letter. Unlike the letters written by my in-class students, these letters will not be forwarded to the individuals to whom they are addressed.
