Your Assignment
By this time in the semester you should have already decided on a topic for your research report and begun to locate useful sources. Identify three possible sources for your research paper and include them in three Works Cited or References pages, one page for each of three documentation styles selected from those described in the text (MLA, APA, IEEE, and CMS).

Tip: Many students are confused by this assignment's requirements. Look at this linked example to be sure that you understand. A common error is failing to alphabetize the MLA Works Cited list and the APA References list.

Objective
This assignment introduces students to the technical differences in documentation styles.
